About The Course
When a fire or emergency strikes, security personnel are almost always the first on scene. Long before SCDF arrives, they are the ones raising the alarm, guiding occupants out, controlling access and relaying critical information to responders. Yet many security officers have never been formally trained for that role.
This Foundation Level course closes that gap. Developed by A-CERTS, it equips security professionals with the practical knowledge and confidence to act decisively in the first critical minutes of a fire emergency, from activating response procedures to coordinating evacuation and protecting people, property and business operations.
